Return Policy
To better serve our customers we offer the following return policy.
- All merchandise may be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Must have original receipt.
- Must have original barb (clothing) or price tag (wares) attached to item returned.
- All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- Returns will only be accepted at the store where the original purchase occurred.
- Credits will only be redeemed in the issuing store.
- No returns on sale or as is merchandise.
Home Pick-Up Policy
We are unable to offer a home pick up service. We do have over 40 donation locations available for drop off. Check the directory for one near you!
Sales
Each store location frequently offers a variety of sale merchandise. This changes frequently and will vary from location to location. Call your favorite location to find out any potential sale information. Sorry, no price adjustments will be given. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
Holidays Goodwill stores are rarely closed, however we do give our employees the following holidays off to spend with their families:
